I know it took a lot for you to get here, so while you’re here, I hope you connect with something that offers a bit of comfort. I specialize in supporting adults healing from complex trauma (C-PTSD), family-of-origin wounds, narcissistic abuse, attachment issues, and the effects of addiction. Since earning a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling in 2010, I’ve worked as a therapist in both residential and outpatient settings, served as a clinical director, and ultimately moved into private practice full time.
