I am passionate about creating safe spaces for my clients to bring their authentic selves with all their intersecting identities and work through whatever struggles keep them from thriving. Bringing warmth and empathy, I will meet you where you are and work with you to achieve your wellness goals. I love helping clients understand and express their emotions, make meaning of their past experiences and present realities, and connect with others in healthy ways.
