Welcome! I am here to help you get back in touch with your body and your heart center. Let’s work together to help you feel safe in your body and learn to cope and express a wide range of emotions. Often times we operate out of our head space, which causes us to listen to self-limiting beliefs/narratives, engage in negative thought patterns, paranoia, fear, and difficulty trusting yourself and others. My goal is to help you heal, feel grounded, connect your head and heart center, increase your window of tolerance, and feel more connected to others. This will help you move through the world as your true self.
