I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, teens, young adults navigating life transitions, adults, couples, and families of all backgrounds. I am passionate about helping individuals and families move toward the lives they want to build, and I especially enjoy working with children - teaching skills and laying a strong foundation they can rely on when challenges arise. I also have a passion supporting athletes, teams, and coaches in strengthening communication, emotional safety, and performance. I believe in the powerful connection between the brain, body, and movement.
