We are all licensed clinical social workers working both in-person and virtually with individuals and couples with a variety of issues to decrease symptoms of anxiety, depression and trauma, and improve self awareness and self value, through Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and creating a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
