Parents often reach out when their child is struggling with anxiety, big emotions, or behavior that suddenly feels overwhelming or out of character. I primarily work with children ages 2–12 navigating emotional dysregulation, social and emotional challenges, adjustment to life transitions, and the impact of stressful or traumatic experiences. This may include concerns related to anxiety, behavioral changes, social or peer challenges, or difficulty coping with changes at home or school.
