I provide comprehensive psychological services for children, adolescents, and adults in a private and comfortable setting. Studies have shown that the single most important factor in predicting successful treatment outcomes is the relationship between therapist and client. My warm and supportive style will help you feel comfortable and understood. I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral approach but incorporate strategies from a variety of evidence-based treatments. Together we will work to strengthen coping skills, resilience, and give you helpful “tools” that can be used in everyday life.
