I work with young adults & adults struggling with drug & alcohol addiction, personality disorders, narcissistic abuse, life transitions, & emotional challenges. My clinical expertise centers on understanding the intricate connections between personal experiences, emotional patterns, & genetic predisposition, and the behavior choices that are a result of this combination of factors. My approach is compassionate, intentional, & direct. I use a trauma informed, integrative approach & am committed to fostering emotional resilience, self-awareness, & lasting recovery through individualized treatment & collaborative care. I have extensive experience working with professionals in safety-sensitive & highly regulated roles (HIMS Program & Pilots, & State Department Employees) who are trying to manage emotional exhaustion & substance abuse. I have a deep understanding of the unique clinical, ethical, & professional considerations involved in the professionals returning to work.
