I help adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves find more peace and authenticity in their lives and relationships. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel scattered, anxious, or weighed down internally. As someone with ADHD myself, I understand how much effort it can take to “hold it all together.” I work with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence through a trauma-informed, compassionate lens - helping clients understand their unique wiring and build systems of self-support that actually work for them.
