Navigating through life can be overwhelming or challenging. There might be times where you, or your child may struggle with anxiety, depression, school issues, relationships, life transitions, or with navigating the challenges of adulthood. My goal is to meet you where you are, and for us to work together to develop goals and work towards growth. As a clinician I strive to develop a therapeutic relationship with all my clients and families, that supports self-exploration and empowerment. I utilize a strength-based perspective to increase self-awareness/esteem and enhance coping skills to help in difficult situations.
