I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with extensive experience in mental health counseling, clinical content writing, college level psychology course instruction, and developmental psychology research. I work with clients ages 3 to 25 and beyond of all presentation types. My therapy modality preference is eclectic or a blend of many therapeutic styles such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), play therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), and more evidence based modalities.
