I am a board approved supervisor, clinical social worker and practice co-owner. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership, and empower individuals to navigate challenges with resilience and confidence. My approach is custom tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I provide specialized, trauma-informed counseling around grief, anxiety, depression, attachment and complex relationships. I recognize how unhealthy behaviors that may have served us in the past are no longer beneficial, and develop positive alternatives to implement.
