I work with artists and creative individuals of all types in a therapeutic setting to help uncover deep-rooted issues that prevent sustained happiness. Psychotherapy grants us a neutral space where we can release outdated patterns, explore current parts of ourselves, and integrate new ways of adapting without fear. I offer a collaborative approach using a relational lens tailored to individuals needing guidance in the areas of: relationships, sexuality, women's issues, career, life transitions, loss, and recovery.
