Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of CT. I received my MSW from Fordham University and enjoy providing support and assistance to adults struggling with a large variety of mental/emotional struggles. I truly believe that everyone has the power and ability to overcome life's struggles, and my job is to help them find it! I also come from a trauma-focused perspective and recognize that previous trauma contributes to one's inability to recognize the control they have to improve life circumstances. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I am genuinely empathetic and focused on identifying all the great things about you!
