I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, teens and the elderly. My clients come to me with a broad range of issues including, grief/loss, crisis, trauma, addiction, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, parenting, relationship challenges, and caring for an aging parent or child with disabilities. Typically, my clients find themselves in a life circumstance in which they need support, clarity, and a safe, nonjudgemental space to process their emotions and thoughts.
