This absurd truth has resonated with most young clients I have worked with and you may feel the same regardless of age. We all need a little humor to cope with the twists and turns of life! I combine traditional and creative approaches to develop insight, resilience, and personal growth. My background in art therapy allows me to offer art processes to delve deeper than verbal expression may allow. I specialize in working with teens and young adults.
