As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help individuals who feel overwhelmed or stuck find clarity, relief, and deeper meaning in their lives. My ideal client is often navigating anxiety, relationship issues, past trauma, or the feeling that, "Something's not right." They might feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or disconnected from their sense of self. What they want most is a deeper sense of purpose and connection—to themselves, their communities, and the life they want to live.
