Young adulthood is a time of major transitions–academically, emotionally, and relationally. While this season can bring growth and opportunity, it can also feel overwhelming, confusing, or isolating. I primarily work with young adults and college students navigating anxiety, depression, grief, stress, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients feel stuck in unhelpful patterns or uncertain about their next steps. Therapy can offer a space to better understand yourself, build coping tools, and gain clarity during times of change.
