I offer a supportive place to explore emotions, relationship challenges, and past experiences, with a focus on healing and building a greater sense of safety within yourself and your relationships. You might feel anxious without knowing why, struggle with decisions, or feel unheard by your partner. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship stress, loss, and life transitions. My clinical interests include inner child work, Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents, somatic experiencing, and complex trauma.
