Welcome! I have been helping people navigate through life's issues for over 30 years. Whether it's anxiety, anger, depression, grief, guilt, trauma, relationships, narcissistic partners, divorce, parenting, substance abuse, sexuality, spirituality or life stress we can work together to create a path that works better for you. My practice space is private and informal. I joyfully look forward to meeting you. I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa in Child Development, a Master's degree from the University of Central Florida in Mental Health Counseling, a B.S. in Divinity, a M.S. in Holistic Counseling, and a Ph.D in Transpersonal Counseling. I am Reiki IIl certified and am a Substance Abuse Specialist. I am trained in EMDR and Law of Attraction.
