Whether or not we lose our way, or lose our sense of self, there is a deep wisdom within us that remembers who we are, and that will guide us through what sometimes feels impossible. You can expect me to treat you with warmth, transparency, and compassion; to use skill, intuition, and evidence-based practices; and to keep your need for emotional safety forefront in my mind, as we embark on your healing journey, together.
