For the past twenty years my professional practice as a psychotherapist has co-evolved with my personal practice as a meditator and a student of Buddhist thought. As a result, the work I do with clients draws on wisdom from both Eastern and Western understandings of how suffering arises and how we can either ease it, or magnify it, with our choices of thought and behavior. My goal is to create a space of curiosity, compassion, and humor where we can identify the troublesome patterns in your life and develop wise responses to them.
