My personal goal with every client is to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust, safety, vulnerability, and authenticity. Collaboration is at the forefront of my work with clients as I believe it is what allows therapeutic processes to stay beneficial in long-term therapeutic work. I welcome both clients that come to me with specific goals and needs, as well as those who desire a more exploration based process. I believe commitment and consistency are key to creating meaningful growth and change.
