Welcome, I am so glad you are here. I understand what it means to be human: to carry both tenderness and pain, to lose your way, and to feel uncertain of how to carry the weight you've been holding. You may not have the words for it, only a sense that something within you is asking to be known, understood, and cared for. I am passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues, and the tender seasons of pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum, and motherhood. With all that you carry, you don't have to face it alone. In our work together, I offer a warm presence where all parts of you are welcome. I hold space with deep care, gentle curiosity, and attunement to your pace honoring both your vulnerability and your strength. My intention is to create a space to feel safe enough to soften, explore, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten.
