Making the decision to begin therapy is not always easy. In fact, it can be one of the most difficult steps. My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment where clients are willing to share their struggles and successes while feeling supported. For each client, progress in therapy is measured differently, which is why we will work together from the onset of treatment to create individualized goals and the steps required to move toward these goals. Therapy is a process and my objective is to be your source of support throughout the journey.
