Welcome! I'm currently providing clinical direction for Stonebridge Counseling in Chico and Sacramento. As a therapist who specializes in trauma recovery as well as inner journey work and nervous system recovery, I help my clients find their joy and express their most authentic selves, from deep healing to a coaching style of transformational guidance. Using mindfulness, radical compassion, somatic awareness, internal family systems theory, and EMDR, I’m truly honored to do this work. As a person with my own complex trauma history, I've experienced the challenges of learning regulation in my nervous system again. It's worth it! Working with me you can expect a humorous and loving approach to wellness. I enjoy teaching strategies for regulation through somatic awareness, trauma-informed yoga, vagus nerve toning, and other “bio hacks”, and building insight with intuition and metaphors from a variety of cultures and ways of thinking.
