As a survivor myself, I specialize in supporting adults who have endured toxic family dynamics and unhealthy relationships. My goal is to help you feel safe and secure in your own mind and body, mentally & emotionally. Together, we will discover the roots of your discomfort, identify and establish boundaries, and build a solid foundation of trust and self-compassion. Our work will focus on ways to break harmful behavior patterns, increase inner strength, recognize toxic personalities, and build healthy relationships. Also, we will work on rewiring destructive thoughts empowering you to release what no longer serves you with support.
