My areas of clinical interest include grief and loss, perfectionism, relationship concerns, trauma, anxiety, mood/depressive disorders, and identity development. I believe in meeting clients where they are as we work to build lasting change. In therapy, I create a warm, supportive and collaborative environment to deepen understanding of relational patterns, emotions, and thoughts, while also identifying pathways for change. I utilize an integrative approach of psychodynamic, emotion-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapies, and committed to providing culturally-humble care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
