Each person's life experience is unique, dynamic and their own to honor. I continue to be humbled by the opportunity to collaborate with individuals in the therapeutic space. I look forward to working with those who are curious about the idea that they can be the author of their own story, even if it may not yet feel possible. As a pre-licensed Professional Counselor (PC) and Art Therapist (ATR-P,) I have spent over a decade working with all ages in and various levels of mental health support. I work from a person-centered lens, utilizing a compassionate, integrative approach.
