As a Licensed Social Worker with a background in emergency medicine and yoga instruction, I bring a calm, steady presence to my work with clients facing struggles such as trauma, stress, anxiety, and other life challenges. I integrate somatic awareness, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients reconnect with safety, build emotional regulation skills, and strengthen resilience.
