Many of my clients are young adults in their 20s and 30s who feel weighed down by anxiety, expectations to “have it all together,” and the stress that comes with early adult responsibilities. Even when their lives appear stable on the outside, they often feel drained, overwhelmed, or unsure on the inside. Anxiety can affect their relationships, work, sleep, and overall confidence. More than anything, they are seeking relief: a supportive space to slow down, feel genuinely understood, and develop practical tools to manage anxiety while navigating the transitions and pressures of early adulthood.
