Relationships play a crucial role in our overall well-being but many of us struggle to navigate the complexities of interpersonal dynamics with romantic relationships, friendships, and family connections. I work with clients to help them identify the underlying challenges that are preventing them from forming and maintaining healthy, fulfilling relationships. Together, we develop the skills and insights needed to enhance your relational experiences and create meaningful, lasting connections with others. My priority in treatment is to create a space where individuals and couples can be free to explore and express themselves authentically. My approach is grounded in attachment theory and my practice is guided with a blend of evidence-based practices geared towards the development and maintenance of healthy relationships.
