I am a warm and attentive therapist who understands that coming to therapy is a commitment of time, finances and energy. I believe the main goals of therapy are for a client to enhance self-awareness, and to develop skills that guide life-long, healthy decision-making. I will ask questions that will help you think about yourself and challenge you to think in new ways and try new approaches. I enjoy working with people who are curious about themselves and want to achieve their potential in relationships, career and creative endeavors, or contemplating a life change, such as embarking on a new career or ending a relationship.
