Working with individuals and couples is my passion. Couples who have lost their connection, their intimacy, their ability to have fun together, individuals who feel lost and empty; couples who yearn for that connection they once had, but just need some tools to get back there. Being able to assist these clients in these areas is something that I have been doing for over 17 years in a number of various settings which include psychiatric inpatient, court mandated clients, intensive outpatient, etc. I am also a Certified Psychedelic Therapy and Integration Therapist which is also a passion of mine. Reach out with questions! I specialize in communication, connection, and increasing intimacy. I utilize Gottman methodology and am currently in training through The Gottman Institute. Working with clients in a psychedelic assisted therapeutic setting is also something that I am increasingly passionate about. It is empowering to support clients in navigating through old wounds.
