I work with adults ages 18 to 65+. I specialize in depression, anxiety, chronic pain, adjustment issues, stages of life changes, career stress, school or relationship issues, and more. I provide a supportive and safe space for you to discuss your deepest feelings in order to help you process, identify, and cope with current stressors, past traumas or any issues you have been dealing with. We'll explore healthy coping and problem solving including, if ok an integrative approach incorporating breath work, yoga, and Mindfulness. This allows for deeper understanding of what brings you to the therapy for long lasting positive outcomes.
