My name is Melissa Patti and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) in California. I am a Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. I have been providing individual therapy services for 12 years. My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, to gain greater control over their emotional responses and actions. I support clients in understanding and overcoming the challenges they face while equipping them with the tools and strategies needed for long-term success.
