I am an LCSW with over 30 years of experience helping people work toward reaching their potential. I utilize several approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness & Concentration, and I am heavy on goal-setting, attainment, and homework between sessions. My niche is working with clients who are ready to change, who are not in crisis or trauma, and who are ready to grow, change, and move forward. My approach is holistic, and I have a background in health and fitness as well as eastern practices/studies. I incorporate many modalities in my work with clients.
