Melissa works with individuals ages 8+ through adulthood navigating stage of life changes, everyday stresses (parenting, finances, career, relationships, etc.), depression, and anxiety. She also works with those processing grief, whether that be from the passing of a loved one, divorce, an absent parent, or any challenge in life that results in grieving. Melissa utilizes a Person-Centered approach, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. Melissa believes there is always room for hope and growth within one’s life.
