I provide support, education, and assistance to individuals who are struggling with substance abuse, gaming and Internet addiction to name a few. I also work with families and loved ones to offer education about addiction and recovery, how to create healthy boundaries, establishing effective communication, and how to take care of yourself during this process of healing. It's important to meet my clients where they are in their journey and create a nonjudgmental and positive environment to promote empowerment within each individual. Areas of focus may include relapse prevention, shame and guilt, codependency issues and goal setting.
