To me, therapy is a way to share stories. They're complex and nuanced, informed by the systems we exist within and the identities that make up the multitude of our whole. I have experience working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, and disordered eating. We can work together in the therapeutic space to spend time exploring these stories and understanding how they impact your life and how to develop tools to make things feel more manageable. It is my goal to create a safe space free from judgment where we can explore, learn, and grow together.
