We'll collaborate to create a safe space for exploring, unpacking, and navigating what's getting in the way of building the life you want. Our sessions will be aimed at healing from intergenerational trauma and inherited fears to release you from the negative self-talk hindering you. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based to support you in identifying and reworking unhelpful thinking patterns.
