I have my bachelors in Social Work and earned my masters degree in mental health counseling in 2013. I have most of my experience in substance abuse treatment as well as grief, trauma, suicide prevention, and mood and anxiety disorders. I love being able to provide a listening ear and helping others find their way to a life that is more in alignment with their goals/desires and values.
