Hello, my name is Melissa, and I enjoy walking with my clients and empowering them as they address their challenges. My areas of interest include parent and caregiver support, maternal mental health, women’s mental health, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, and addressing past hurts. I use a combination of evidence-based therapies and techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, sand tray therapy, and gestalt therapy in unique ways to help each individual client. I enjoy working with clients because everyone has a story to tell, and my passion is to hold space and offer hope to those who seek healing.
