Hello, I’m Melissa! I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine connection—a safe, open space where you can be fully yourself. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and always guided by curiosity, empathy, and compassion. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating a variety of challenges, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to begin this work. I recognize the ways culture, identity, and lived experience shape our emotional worlds. I’m passionate about creating affirming, empowering spaces for clients in the LGBTQ+ community, people of color, and individuals navigating complex identities.
