I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. My approach incorporates evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), goal setting, mindfulness, guided imagery, and solution focused therapy. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan to address your unique needs. I believe in a client-led, strengths-based approach. My role is to listen, support, and provide the tools necessary to help clients recognize their potential and take charge of their journey.
