I believe every client has the potential to find happiness. My role in your life will be to help guide you through goal-setting and daily mindfulness. Clients are encouraged to set the tone each session by talking about what they choose to disclose as our therapeutic relationship grows. I have a special interest in grief counseling as it not only pertains to losing a loved one, but also to losing a partner through divorce or break-up, or grieving the loss of an ability (physical or neurological). The loss of a pet is also something I have experience with. In my practice I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Humanistic approaches in a comfortable and relaxing environment.
