I’m a therapist with 28 years of experience. I believe therapy can make a real difference when clients commit to the process. It isn’t easy, but I’ve seen it help people face challenges, heal, and grow into their best selves. If you're struggling with coping, outlook, motivation, attitude, and focus, we may be a good fit. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and adjustment to major life changes related to career, relationships, family, or loss.
