While life does not come with a blueprint, I believe our bodies & nervous systems hold a lot of power and wisdom that can allow us to be more deeply connected. When there is so much talk about what we need to do to live life, and trying to find the thing that we think is needed that will change our life, wouldn’t it be nice to be able to harness this ability within yourself?
