Welcome, I’m so glad you are here! I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where children and adolescents can feel heard, supported, and empowered. My approach is trauma-focused and strengths-based, meaning I focus on understanding the impact of trauma while helping clients tap into their own strengths to heal and grow. I am trained in Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which allows me to use a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to each child's unique needs. I specialize in treating sexual abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, behavioral concerns, and more.
