I earned my Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa and my Bachelors degree in Psychology and Social Work from the University of South Dakota. I have over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have experience treating all age groups from diverse backgrounds and for a variety of concerns. Including, mental illness, addiction, abuse/neglect, domestic violence, adjustment issues, anxiety and panic disorders, depression, life transitions, mood disorders, relationship problems and self-esteem issues. I am a trained EMDR therapist and specialize in treating trauma survivors.
